Wonderful apartment

We, a family with two kids, spent a Christmas week in the apartment. The apartment is wonderful. Barbara gave us very useful hints for our vacation. The facility in the apartment is highly professional. The location is perfect for ski holidays. It is close to the city center, but very quiet. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

Die Ferienwohnung erfüllte vollständig unsere (Paar, 72/64 Jahre) Erwartungen. Ein herzliches Willkommen, unkomplizierte Übergabe der Wohnung, einen freundlichen süßen Ostergruß...Sie befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage in einem Wohngebiet, dicht am Zentrum mit Einkehr- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sie bietet einen schönern Ausblick in die Bergwelt vom Balkon und hat bequeme Betten. Die Küche ist klein aber gut ausgestattet mit Herd und Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und allem was man an Gerätschaften braucht. Im geräumigen Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Esstisch und bequeme Sitzmöbel sowie ein zeitgemäßes Smart-TV-Gerät. Die Internet-Anbindung (WLAN) ist okIn der näheren und weiteren Umgebung zahlreiche Ausflugsziele und Sehenswürdigkeiten.Wir waren gern dort für 14 Tage zu Gast.

Erholung pur in Garmisch.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist wirklich super. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Zugspitze ist beeindruckend. Wir waren 14 Tage vor Ort und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Erholen und Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung ist groß und gut eingerichtet. Sie liegt sehr zentral, zu Fuss ist alles schnell und gut zu erreichen. Dabei ist die Wohnung angenehm ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, was, nicht zuletzt, mit den sehr freundlichen Gastgebern zusammenhängt.

Sehr gute Lage in Garmisch

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage (erst recht wenn die Riesen Baustelle mal fertig ist). 5 Minuten zur zugspitzbahn trotzdem ruhig gelegen Und von da aus kann man gut Wanderungen starten und die Einkaufsmeile ist auch schnell erreicht. Das Parken ist jetzt nicht so perfekt aber absolut ok. Die Vermieter wohnen und arbeiten im Haus und sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sehr sehr sauber, die Betten Einschl. Bettwäsche und Bezüge Top (selten so gute Betten in einer Ferienwohnung gehabt). Das Bad sehr modern die Einrichtung sehr gepflegt aber halt altbacken. In der ganzen Wohnung ist heller Teppich (nicht so ideal für Allergiker wobei mein Mann nicht viel gemerkt hat davon). Wenn wir was zu beanstanden hätten ist es einzig und allein der Balkontisch. Wir essen gerne draußen oder sitzen und spielen abends draußen, was bei zwei Balkonen (!) die überdacht sind möglich gewesen wäre aber der Tisch war zu klein und zu instabil. Für nen Kaffee zum entspannen nach langen Wanderungen aber vollkommen ausreichend.

Eine schöne Wohnung!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, die Matratzen waren sehr angenehm, besonders schön ist der Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge und die zentrale Lage : jeweils ca. 10min bis zum Bahnhof bzw. das Zentrum von Garmisch bzw. zum Einkaufen... Das WLAN war weniger verlässlich, zumindest bei der Nutzung übers Smartphone. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen...
