Family owned home. Enjoy a warm, light-filled experience at this centrally-located, modern, rustic cabin. 10miles from Whiteface Ski Resort, and 1mile from the center of Lake Placid Village, this home is nestled in the trees above an active stream, allowing you to enjoy the rear decks and complete privacy. Offering one Queen bedroom and one larger King bedroom with large open space, along with one full bathroom. Recently fully renovated. Welcome to our favorite place to spend time away!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather towels and place in laundry basket in front of washer and dryer.
Please load and start dishwasher before leaving.
Please set both AC units to 74 degrees in the summer. Set heat to 65 degrees in the winter on both AC units and electric heat thermostats. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We have a strict no-pet policy due to a family member who has asthma. Thank you for your understanding. Only two vehicles allowed to park on-site.
