Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This is one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed at. The host checked in on us a time or two. The view from the balcony was amazing. There are a couple things that could be updated, but nothing that takes away from the experience. I would definitely recommend the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo location was perfect! The condo is spacious and beautiful and has amazing views. Plenty of close restaurants and grocery stores. Ate at Dewey Destin's Navarre and the Shrimp Basket and both were delicious. Navarre is a great mid-point between Pensacola and Destin, so we were able to go to both for their shopping and restaurants as well.

This was our second time staying at the property, and we enjoyed it just as much as we did last July. The home was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed for our seven-night stay.The location was excellent and made it easy to enjoy the beach and everything the Navarre area has to offer. The management team was friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay.We had a great family vacation and made many special memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Navarre Beach Vacations to anyone planning a trip to the area.

The condo was very pretty. I was disappointed in a few things. The dryer does not heat. Tried to dry a small load of personal items, after 5 cycles (2 on High), they were still damp. Made it impossible to use beach towels provided due to unable to wash as policy states. Can opener did not work - Unable to open our canned food. Main patio door made awful sound and we were afraid it was going to jump track. Used bedroom door instead. Living room rug LOADED with sand. Swept nearly dustpan full out of rug. Extra sheets (For blow up mattress?) had horrific odor. Unable to use. I usually just roll with it, but this condo had quite a few issues. Needs minor repairs throughout

Hi Pamela, we are sorry to hear of your issues. We would have been happy to address those during your visit if we had been advised. The dryer has been tested, there does not seem to be an issue. We have several extra can openers in our office that we would have taken up to you and replaced those inflatable bed sheets as well. The rollers on the balcony doors have just been replaced. We apologize for these minor inconveniences and we respond immediately when guests let us know of issues.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was not a favorite compared to previous condos at Beach Colony. The condo was clean, but the primary shower had quite a bit of mildew in the caulking and needs to be removed and re-caulked as it leaves a dirty appearance. A few wall repairs looked poorly done and rough. The decor was a very eclectic mix of abstract art, some contemporary furniture and other furniture had an antique/baroque appearance. Not my preference, but it was in fairly good shape. Balcony furniture was worn and thread-bare in places. Sliding door in living area was very difficult to open. Bedroom sliding door was easy, but not convenient for everyone to use. Kitchen amenities were ok, but most previous units were better supplied than this one. Appliances are older and outdated compared to other units. Property and amenities were excellent. Beach service is difficult to get on the front row unless you pay for your own set directly from the beach service or you are an actual owner. Your complimentary set included with your condo rental will more than likely place you in the second or third row of beach chairs. This is the case with any rental, not just this unit. Overall the week was great, and this unit was ok, just not one of the better united we have rented. Clean, very professional management, just needs a lot of updating in my opinion.

The views are amazing! My only complaint really is the balcony doors. The more you used them, the harder they became to open. We actually used the provided chair service and it was super easy and convenient.

We attempted to contact the guest to follow up on this review, with no response. There were no issues during their stay noted in the folio. The hurricane did cut the visit by one night and they were refunded in full for that night. It is most unfortunate when a guest leaves a negative review with no comments, especially if weather was a contributing factor.
