Great place with panoranic views

Lovely villa with amazing views

We stayed 4 nights but wished it had been longer. The villa is lovely with 180 degree views of the lake. It is very well equipped and has a comfortable king size bed. There are good restaurants nearby.

Great view and location

The property was impressive. Very nice accommodations with great views from any angle. One thing that we missed, however, was a reference manual introducing us to and explaining the ins and outs of the property. Fortunately the owner (Wolfgang) was available and responsive by email. Overall a very nice place to stay.

The amazing views and gardens of this house make this the most beautiful spot we have ever stayed. There are many locations in and around the house to sit and enjoy the 180 degree view. Ristorante Del Pellegrino a few minutes walk away was our favorite. Say hi to Carlo!

Pool Mitte Juni nicht nutzbar!

Wir wussten vorher, dass es kein Internet/WLAN im Haus gibt, aber bei DER Aussicht entschieden wir uns, das für eine Woche in Kauf zu nehmen. Soweit alles ok!Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet.Allerdings: wenn wir als Familie ein Haus MIT Pool buchen, möchten wir auch, dass der Pool benutzbar ist. Leider war das nicht der Fall und unsere Urlaubslaune dadurch schnell „im Keller“. Daran änderten auch die mehrfachen Kurz-Besuche der herbeigerufenen Poolfirma nichts, im Gegenteil: auch mit viel Chemie konnte man in dem schaumigen, dunkelgrünen Wasser nicht baden und die täglich neue, aber vergebliche Hoffnung auf Bade-Spass wich nach 5 heissen Tagen endgültig der Gewissheit, dass der geplante Badeurlaub keiner mehr wird!Leider erfolgte auch die vom (immer freundlichen und augenscheinlich bemühten) Vermieter bereits am 3.Urlaubstag versprochene finanzielle Entschädigung bis 14 Tage nach unserer (vorzeitigen) Abreise bisher NICHT. Sehr schade!

Vermieter sehr nett. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen, die Reserveliege hat definitiv seine Tage hinter sich. Das weiß der Vermieter auch. In dem Haus sind viele private Dinge des Vermieters. Das gibt dem Haus zwar eine persönliche Note aber als Urlauber bringt man ja auch eigene Sachen mit für die es dann keine Abstellfläche gibt. Leider war der Pool schon geleert obwohl bis Oktober zur Verfügung drin steht. Zudem stand die zusätzliche Heizkostenpauschale nicht in der Kostenaufstellung. Um eine leere Gasflasche hat sich der Vermieter sofort gekümmert, allerdings war auch die Ersatzflasche leer so dass unser Abendessen ausfiel. werdennkonnte.

Traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist zauberschön! Individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer auf den See ein Traum! Die Terrasse wohl der schönste Platz am Luganer See. Der abgeschlossene und uneinsehbare Garten schön gestaltet und auch sehr praktisch mit unserem Labrador. Es war soo schön!

Das Ferienhaus hat eine wirklich traumhafte Lage und Aussicht. Leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt, so dass wir den schönen Pool nicht nutzen konnten. Wir haben im Ferienhaus alles gefunden, was man so braucht. Das Grundstück ist sehr steil angelegt. Aber unser Hund hat schnell begriffen, dass Toben nicht so günstig ist. Alles in Allem war es sehr schön. Wir haben täglich draußen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt (auch bei 13 Grad) da der Blick so traumhaft war.

Wunderschön

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus liegt traumhaft schön oberhalb des Luganer Sees und ist mit seiner individuellen Ausstattung ein echtes Highlight.
