My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, this condo has a lot of charm, much better than a hotel room. Convenient location, easy access in/out, very quiet. I’ve recommended it to a friend who’s staying in Asheville soon.
One of the nicest, cleanest, best located rentals we’ve ever stayed at. Perfect to walk downtown Asheville; parking was a breeze as well. I Highly recommend
Was perfect!!! Had the best time. Great location to walk everywhere. Bonus is amazing private balcony with view. Sits right beside a little bar can stop in grab a drink easily.
This loft is perfect for a couple staying several nights. We loved the high ceilings, exposed brick, spacious balcony, and 1 1/2 bath layout. Property was very clean and Vacasa was easy to work with.
Great accommodations to experience downtown Asheville with numerous choices for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The loft provided a perfect getaway for us. Definitely going to book again in the near future.
Start out a little rough the cleaning company left before they had finished cleaning the place so when we got in after 4 PM, there were still laundry in the washer and the door to the balcony was wide open. I will say Vacasa property managers and Team rectified the situation within 24 hours. The actual property is is beautiful and is in the heart of downtown Asheville. We would definitely stay again, even with the little hiccup at the time of check-in.
The skylights throughout the apartment let in really nice natural light and the balcony was an added bonus. The bed is super comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. You can’t beat the location and during our stay it was pretty quiet.
The apartment was very well appointed. It did not have a coffee maker only a Keurig . that’s the only thing I wish I had known ahead of time. we had a few very small problems but I called and they came immediately to take care of them. it was very secure, conveniently located and we were able to secure street parking although the parking garage was close and the directions were very clear. I would love to stay here again if I’m ever in the area.
We loved this house! Beautiful neighborhood! The only downfall would be the lack of shower in the downstairs suite. It was a tub with a handheld shower head with no curtain. Not a huge deal. Would definitely stay here again.
