We chose this property because we wanted something walking distance to the Gulf, and to food and drink. It was perfect on both fronts. Very comfortable, very bright, and a very short walk to the beach. The included wagon and folding chairs were the icing on the cake. The house was quiet at night, and provided plenty of space for conversation with our friends. If you are looking for a house for short-term rental in Panama City Beach, I don't think that you'll find a better one.

Check in was easy. House was very cute and had a lot of room. The street was quiet. We appreciated host being pet friendly and not having a weight restriction for dogs. We used the list of restaurants in the book with instructions to find some great places to eat. The walk to the beach is not far.
