Both bedrooms include private ensuite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers. For added convenience, each room is equipped with a large HDTV with access to your personal streaming subscriptions. Also located on the first floor are a full-size washer and dryer, conveniently tucked away in a closet, and an additional powder room.

Upstairs, you'll find a welcoming media loft featuring a large HDTV with streaming access, and a comfortable sofa that converts into a queen sleeper, providing additional sleeping accommodations. The adjacent bunk room offers four custom-built twin bunk beds, each thoughtfully designed with luxury linens, individual reading lights, and personal charging ports. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and an ample supply of plush towels serves the upstairs living spaces.

Step outside onto a thoughtfully designed outdoor living area made for gathering and relaxation. Comfortable seating surrounds a cozy gas fireplace, creating the perfect spot to unwind while enjoying the fresh air. Nearby, a large outdoor dining table provides plenty of space for meals together. Just beyond the patio, a covered alcove houses a private hot tub for year-round enjoyment.

Descending to the lower outdoor area, you'll discover a horseshoe pit, cornhole boards, and a circular fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories under the stars. Signed Rental Agreement is required 48 hours after making your reservation to confirm your booking. If after reading through the rental agreement, you find that this property is not the right fit for you, then you are welcome to cancel within 48 hours of booking.

-No 3rd party bookings per Airbnb. The person booking must be the person staying.

-Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

-Availability of amenities cannot be guaranteed; we will do everything possible to ensure they are functioning properly but sometimes stuff happens. We work to fix the problem.

- We use a Ring camera to patrol the driveway, pond, and rear deck entrance of our cabin. The camera is there to ensure the safety of the property. Cameras are activated by motion. If we believe the house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access this camera in real time.

-Late check-outs: An additional fee will be charged if you or any member of your party have not left the property at or by the specified check out time unless explicitly agreed upon. The charge for the first 30 minutes is $100, an additional $100 will be charged for every 30 minutes there after.
