A cosy, clean and comfortable apartment. The location is perfect, and the town and local sights are within walking distance. The views of Zugspitze and other mountains are stunning. Parking tricky if you have a large car, but otherwise an ideal base to explore the area.

Comfortable stay with gorgeous view.

Convenient location in the center. We had car, it was easy to explore the area, but it is also possible with local transportation. Enjoyed the city a lot.

Amazing property

The property is about 10 minutes from the train station. The communication with the owner was excellent. The property is very well maintained and felt very safe. We had clouds and rain for our visit but there is a view of the alps from the house. It’s almost like you have two apartments. Each have a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There is laundry in the basement and you need .50 coins for washer and dryer. Wonderful experience.

Wir hatten eine andere Wohnung gemietet, als die, die wir letztlich bekamen. Die Wohnung war aber sauber und ausreichend, das etwas hellhörige Haus hat eine herrliche Lage mit tollem Blick auf die Berge.

Storybook stay

Enjoyed our stay at this charming storybook like place. The views of the mountains are amazing, beds are soooo comfy. Walking distance to eateries and actually just a feast for the eyes walking around town. The place is big yet cozy.. definitely one of the highlights of our European trip

Lovely view

I had a bit of difficulty getting detailed check in information from the owner. This may have been because of the language barrier. When we got to the property it was actually pretty easy as we pressed the doorbell marked Landhaus. The owner lives there on the bottom floor and answered promptly and had a QR code to register for the tourist card. The view was gorgeous, very comfortable apartment, walking distance to everything. We had 5 people staying and the 5th person was on a fold out bed in the second kitchenette.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Grosszügige Ferienwohnung, sehr günstig gelegen, fussläufig zum Bahnhof, Bäcker und zur Fussgängerzone von Garmisch. Gute Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, eine perfekte Wahl für ein sehr schönes Wochenende in den Bergen !
