A covered terrace, the large terrace in front of the pool with sun loungers and a pergola with garden furniture and barbecue invite you to relax and sunbathe. The rooftop terrace offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. The center of Cala'n Porter with shops, bars, restaurants, bank, bus stop, doctor and pharmacy can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot. The nearby sandy beach of Calan Porter is in a sheltered bay on the outskirts and can be reached by car in a few minutes or on foot via a staircase.

Une très belle maison bien équipée, bien entretenue avec une belle piscine. L’emplacement est paisible, et à deux pas d’un chemin de randonnée. En revanche, les indications étaient floues au sujet de l’emplacement de la maison… Nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver.

Ruhig gelegenes, gut ausgestattet, es Ferienhaus mit schönem Pool

Zunächst war die Kommunikation vor der Reise sehr gut. Wir fanden ein sauberes, schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit einem wunderschönen Pool vor und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

So good, we were tempted to give it a poor review!

Sa Vinya caught our eye two years ago while staying at another villa, during one of our frequent treks to the beautiful Cales Coves. (It's opposite the gate at the entrance to the 'Cami de Cavalls' and not as shown on Holiday Lettings' map). We 'Googled' the villa's name, found it was available to rent and booked almost immediately upon our return. We were unable to book for the following year as it was already reserved for the dates we required. However, it was well worth the wait as it proved to be all we'd hoped - and much more. Upon entering the villa, it was obvious that it's not just a commercial let, but the family's treasured holiday home, with so many imaginative personal touches, both inside and out. The outside space is amazing, with innumerable plants and ornaments and areas that provide shade when required. We stayed for three weeks and by the end of the holiday, we were still discovering things we'd not previously noticed! The covered dining area in the far corner of the garden was excellent and we were even able to have a barbecue on a rainy day! Equally, the terrace adjoining the villa was a wonderful place to relax. Half of it has been enclosed to form a conservatory/garden room and this proved invaluable as a dining area and place to enjoy drinks (including a lovely bottle of cava provided for our arrival) on cooler evenings. The roof terrace provided superb views towards the coves and retained the sun until late afternoon. To qualify the title of this review, we had hoped to book for next year but have again been thwarted by the villa's popularity, so we'd selfishly like it to be less in demand, although we ultimately had to give it the review it deserves! Thanks Uta and family, for a thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Super Haus...

Das Haus verfügt über einen schönen mediterranen Garten mit gepflegtem Pool, ist ideal für Kinder und sehr ruhig gelegen. Trotzdem kann man zu Fuß einige Lebensmittelgeschäfte erreichen! In der Straße gibt es einen tollen Skatepark und vor einem Nachbarhaus ist uns eine wilde Schildkröte begegnet. Das Haus von Frau Scheurich ist perfekt ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett. Auf Menorca gibt zahlreiche wunderschöne Buchten, die sehr viel leerer sind als z.B. auf Mallorca. Lohnenswert sind auf jeden Fall Ciutadella und Mahon sowie einige kleinere schöne Orte. Wir empfehlen das Haus und Menorca sehr gerne weiter.

Erholungsurlaub mit Kinder

Wir sind "Wiederholungstäter" und haben bereits das vierte Mal in dem Ferienhaus "Sa Vinya" unseren Urlaub genossen. Die ruhige Lage (Ende einer Sackgasse und ideal zum Fußball kicken oder Kreide malen auf der Straße), der Pool und der angrenzende Cami de Cavalls laden Kinder zum spielen und entdecken ein. Die helle Pergola, die Sonnenterrasse und der liebevoll gestaltete Garten um das Haus mit seinen vielen Sitzgelegenheiten zum verweilen und träumen, lassen keine Wünsche offen. Großzügige Schlafzimmer und der offene Wohnraum mit einer Wohlfühlcouch bieten bei Regenwetter durch deutsches TV, DVD oder Brettspiele für groß und klein eine willkommene Ablenkung. Uns persönlich gefällt besonders gut, die bereits erwähnte ruhige Lage, dass sich auch kleine Kinder prima austoben und bewegen können und das komfortabel eingerichtete Haus, an dem wirklich nichts fehlt. Wir kommen wieder!

Super schöne Urlaubstage!

Die Tage im Ferienhaus auf Menorca waren sehr schön! Das Haus war wie erwartet groß, gepflegt und der Pool war der Wahnsinn! :) Man war nicht weit weg von Supermärkten und natürlich auch vom Meer. Wetter war top und im Pool und Gartenbereicht konnte man es sehr gut aushalten! Die Nächte waren ruhig und das Haus sehr gemütlich. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder! :)

Ferienhaus Sa Vinya - sehr zu empfehlen

Im Juni/Juli 2013 verbrachten wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Jugendlicher) einen wunderschönen Urlaub im ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus Sa Vinya. Wir haben alles genauso vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt mit einer liebevollen Innen- und Außeneinrichtung, alles ist sehr sauber. Der Pool ist sehr schön und wird regelmäßig gewartet und gereinigt. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick in das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet. Alle Fenster sind mit fest installierten Insektenschutzgittern ausgestattet. Dieses ermöglicht gerade in der heißen Jahreszeit eine ungestörte Nachtruhe bei geöffnetem Fenster. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Ort gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants. Der Weg vom Haus zur schönen Badebucht mit glasklarem Wasser beträgt zu Fuß ca. 20 Min. und mit dem Mietwagen ca. 5 Min. Ein Mietwagen ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert um z. B. die schönen Orte Mahon (unbedingt an einer Hafenrundfahrt teilnehmen), Ciutadella und Fornells, das Naturschutzgebiet in der Nähe von Es Grau und die schönen Badebuchten zu besuchen. Menorca ist eine wunderschöne und nicht überlaufene Insel. Wir kommen gern wieder ins Ferienhaus Sa Vinya (vielleicht schon im nächsten Jahr) und können dieses Feriendomizil guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Danke für den tollen und erholsamen Urlaub. Fantastico!!

Ein sehr hübsches und sehr gepflegtes Haus mit vielen liebevollen und sinnvollen Details! Wir haben uns "sauwohl" gefühlt. Der ständig gewartete Pool hat uns auch begeistert. Die ruhige Lage mit direkter Naturanbindung (inkl. Wanderweg) und die Nähe zum Ortszentrum sowie Mahon sind weitere Pluspunkte!! Alle Angaben der Vermieter waren korrekt, die Abwicklung (Vertrag, Kommunikation, Vorbereitung der Anreise, etc.) hat gut geklappt. Absolut zu empfehlen! Wolfgang Huttner

Sommerurlaub 2012

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Genauso wie beschrieben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr zu empfehlen, sehr nette Vermieter. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein Auto ist auf jedenfall empfehlenswert. Danke für den tollen Urlaub.

Ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes, individuell und gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus mit herrlicher Außenanlage. Sehr ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage. Für den Weg zum Strand/Meer empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen, da der Fußweg dorthin ca. 40 Minuten dauert und über eine ziemlich steile Treppe - insbesondere mit kleinen Kindern - sehr anstrengend ist.
