About this property

The house is ideal for a couple or small family, up to 5 people.
There are one double - and two single- bedrooms with a possibility of an extra bed for a child or baby.
Bathroom, sauna, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, Nespresso-machine and everything needed for cooking), spacious living dining room, garage, car-port and closed garden.
All the bedroom living-windows offer a view on the water. The sliding window panels open on a big south-facing terrace with two deck-chairs and two different dining facilities and an open fire-place (chimneybarbecue).
The garden, 2000 m2, is shared between two houses, but in a way that no one can see the other.
The house is equipped with an alarm-system, outside light-sensor system and garden-lights, remote controlled gate system, TV, DVD, CD, Internet WIFI, washing-machine and a tumble-dryer.
