To ensure a seamless stay and maintain harmony with our wonderful community, please review our house guidelines:

Check-In/Out: Contactless keyless entry.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM; Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 21 years old.

Max Occupancy: Strictly limited to 5 guests at any time. No parties, weddings, or events.

Strict Noise Ordinance: Folly Beach enforces a strict 1-strike noise ordinance (Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM weekdays / 11 PM on weekends). The property utilizes NoiseAware, a 100% privacy-compliant decibel sensor (it does not record audio) to help you avoid police fines.

Pets Welcome: We welcome up to 2 dogs max 60 lbs each. A $150 non-refundable fee per pet applies. Note: Per ADA Title II/III, emotional support, comfort, or therapy animals are subject to standard pet approval and fees. Please make sure you add your pet to your booking so pet fee is automatically added.

Smoking: Strictly non-smoking property (indoors and outdoors).
Failure to comply will result in a $500 penalty fee.

Beach Gear: We do not explicitly provide beach equipment, but any items left at the property are yours to enjoy!

Guest & Community Policy: To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbors, we strictly enforce occupancy limits and noise guidelines. If a misrepresentation of occupancy or a disturbance is reported, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately without a refund.
