Enjoy easy access to everything that makes Ellicottville a year-round destination. Spend the day exploring trails, riding the mountain coaster, golfing, visiting local shops and restaurants, or simply relaxing while overlooking the hills.

Perfect for couples or small families, the condo features:
- A comfortable bedroom with queen bed
- A full kitchen with all the essentials
- A cozy living space with a queen sleeper sofa
- On-site parking and ski storage

Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, butcher block counters, and all the cooking essentials. The bedroom offers a queen bed, closet, and dresser, plus there’s a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You’ll have WiFi and two Roku TVs with Spectrum cable to keep you entertained in a warm, inviting space.

Parking is available on-site, and laundry is conveniently located in the building.

During the winter months, enjoy true ski-in / ski-out feature as the condo sits right beside Holiday Valley’s famous ‘The Wall’ ski run — just step outside and glide down to the SnowPine lift. In the winter, there’s an hourly shuttle to take you to and from any of the Holiday Valley lodges (Lift access depends on resort operating hours; when the SnowPine lift isn’t open, it’s a short walk to the Sunrise lift).

When the snow melts, Holiday Valley transforms into a four-season playground. Spend sunny days at the resort’s 18-hole golf course, giant outdoor pool complex, mountain coaster, or test your limits at the Sky High Adventure Park ropes course. Explore nearby McCarty Hill State Forest with scenic hiking and biking trails.

The village of Ellicottville brims with local shops, restaurants, and lively festivals all spring, summer, and fall.

We are from Rochester, NY. We fell in love with Ellicottville, NY during our annual winter ski trips. We purchased this unit so others could enjoy the area as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

The location! During the winter, you pop on your skis / snowboard and ski down to the lift. It's in a convenient, quiet and cozy area. During the spring and summer, the unit overlooks the golf course and you can walk right out the door and hike the trails.
