My experience with this booking was challenging. On the morning of check‑in, the host informed me that the original unit was unavailable and moved me to a different property in another city. I actually had to initiate the conversation and found out about this. The replacement unit did not match the layout or amenities shown in the listing, and some basic features were missing or broken. I also found a dead cockroach in the kitchen. Communication from the host was minimal, and the last‑minute change made the stay more stressful than expected. I recommend future guests confirm details ahead of time.
