Enjoy first-class comfort. Your apartment is furnished with high-quality, handcrafted furniture, a fully equipped premium kitchen, and state-of-the-art technology. This includes high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and an energy-efficient, sustainable design featuring a ventilation system, radiant floor heating, and an air-source heat pump.

The luxurious bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer.
The stove is for decorative purposes only and is not intended for use.
As in the entire apartment, the tasteful decor immediately catches the eye here as well. A highlight of the bathroom is your private sauna.
Although operation is intuitive, instructions are, of course, provided.

The spacious terrace, surrounded by the beautiful outdoor area, invites you to relax.
Shared washing machines (for a fee) are available in the utility room.
At the rear of the property, you can use the bicycle storage room.
There, you can also charge your e-bike.
You can park your car in your designated parking spot on the property.

Travel cots and high chairs are available upon request, subject to availability.
