Spectacular Sunset views all year round and just 3 miles to Downtown Asheville
Cozy 2 bedroom 1 Bath mid-century home with hardwood and tile flooring throughout. The front part of the house is owner storage, and is not occupied - you will have the property all to yourself for full quiet and privacy. Bathroom has tub/shower combination and still boasts its quirky blue tub and tile accents. Bath amenities include hairdryer, soaps, shampoo and towels. Washer/Dryer, central heat and air for year round enjoyment. Bedrooms each have a king bed and single twin for a maximum capacity of 6 guests. While the fireplace adds to the ambiance, it is not for use by guests (sorry!). Enjoy the full amenity kitchen and dining area with access to the spacious deck/patio that faces west - with gas firepit and gas grill. Amazing westerly views will add to your perfect stay. And you are only 3 miles to downtown Asheville!
