The house offers a spacious, open-concept layout perfect for comfortable living in the desired community of Sandoval. Guests will find a soothing space featuring one king bed, one queen bed, and one full bed, perfect for a restful night. The house includes two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and a bathtub for added comfort. The large eat-in kitchen is ideal for family meals and entertaining, while the adjacent dining room provides a great space for formal gatherings. The bright and inviting living room features an open floor plan, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation or hosting guests. Additionally, there is a den or office, perfect for working from home or enjoying some quiet time. For additional guests there is a sleeper sofa and air ,mattress to use in the Den. Step outside to the screened lanai, a serene space to enjoy the outdoors without the hassle of bugs. Sandoval is known for its relaxed lifestyle living with plenty of activities for all ages! RESORT STYLE POOL, FISHING PIER, 2 DOG PARKS, KIDS PLAYGROUND, BOCCEBALL, VOLLEYBALL, BASKETBALL AND TENNIS COURTS just to name a few. Conveniently located near shopping, parks, and schools, this well-maintained home is ready for you to move in. If dates are not available please message me directly to ask about long-term (3 months - 1 year) or seasonal November-April Rentals. Daily rate will be discounted for monthly, yearly rentals. Anything beyond Oct 30, 2026 is not yet filled just blocked for potential seasonal long-term renters. Thank you!

We love to travel but mostly we love spending time with family and friends. I am teacher, mother of 2 and wife of 26 years.

Why they chose this property

This is my in-laws home. They purchased this home because of the amazing community and friendly people. Shops and Tiki Bar within walking distance and perfect weather all year round. Resort living in your own back yard! There are numerous great beaches, fishing spots, restaurants and much more nearby. Even a day cruise to Key West or a 2 hour drive to St. Pete and Ft. Lauderdale if you don't might the adventure and scenic driving. 1 hpur away from Naples.

What makes this property unique

This property is not an income property. This property is rented strictly to cover full-time memory care my father-in-law who lives at the Atrium in Cape Coral. We are blessed that their dream home can help ends meet as we manage this difficult life event. We love sharing their home with people who can appreciate it the way they did as retreat.
