The “Al Signorino” apartment is the perfect place to experience the authentic charm of Lake Como. Recently renovated, it offers over 120 sqm of comfort with 3 bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a wonderful covered terrace where you can relax and dine while enjoying the lake view.
It accommodates up to 8 guests and is ideal for families and groups. Located in a picturesque hamlet between the lake and the mountains, you will enjoy peace, fresh air, and postcard-worthy views, away from traffic and noise.
Access is pedestrian only via typical village stairways (private unattended parking nearby), a detail that makes your stay even more authentic and charming.
Equipped with amenities for both adults and children: crib available on request (0-3 years), high chair, toys, PlayStation. Bedrooms and bathrooms are assigned based on the number of guests; some services may be available for an extra fee (additional bed linen and towels).
Check-in: 15:00–19:00 (extra fee for late check-in, not available after midnight). No parties or pets allowed.

Marianna was an excellent host! The location is conveniently located next to Bellagio. She was responsive and helpful in making great local recommendations. The place was exactly as advertised; clean, beautiful view to the lake and more than enough beds to fit a whole family. Excellent choice!

Great View, Close to Bellagio
Very nice place, perfect for our family. A short drive from Bellagio. it had all the amenities we needed. Wonderful balcony overlooking Lake Como. Marianna is a great host. She helped us with a lot of details and suggestions. Lezzeno is underrated in the reviews of Lake Como. In addition to proximity to Bellagio, it had several very good restaurants. Stone House was one of the best restaurants I have been to. Be aware, parking is difficult all along the lake, but not impossible.
