Enjoy the luxury of a modern, Scandinavian-style holiday apartment located close to both the beach and the city centre. Located on the 3rd floor of the so-called “Holsteinisches Haus” on Boysenstraße, this compact apartment (approx. 25 square metres) offers everything two people need for a stay on Sylt. The modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a Nespresso capsule machine. The bathroom has a sliding door. The living area features plenty of storage space for two people thanks to the bed/closet unit. The balcony of this apartment faces south/west, so in the afternoon you can enjoy plenty of sunshine in addition to the panoramic view of the North Sea. Cable TV is available. The apartment building is located on a quiet side street (Boysenstraße), just a short walk from the pedestrian zone (Friedrichstraße) and the beach access. In the building: lift, shared laundry room. A parking space in the shared garage (top level of the duplex; no SUVs allowed) is included with this apartment. Ideal for 2 people; non-smokers only; no pets.
