This second-floor Waikoloa condo sleeps six across two bedrooms and two and a half baths, with more than 1,200 square feet for a family or two couples to settle in. A large kitchen and multiple TVs make downtime simple, while air conditioning, a washer and dryer, elevator access, and a parking space beside the elevator smooth out the practical details. Cool off in the shared pool, then walk to A-Bay's Grill or Tropics Ale House when no one wants to cook. Queens' MarketPlace and Kings' Shops are about a half mile away for more dining and shopping. The Neighborhood:

Waikoloa Beach Resort is built for days that move easily between sand, shops, and dinner. Anaehoomalu Bay, often called A-Bay, offers a broad stretch of beach and water activities, while the lava-rock paths and fishponds lend the area its distinctly Big Island feel. Queens' MarketPlace and Kings' Shops are nearby for groceries, restaurants, and browsing, and golf courses are woven through the resort. Getting Around:

Kona International Airport is roughly 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive up the Kohala Coast. A rental car is recommended to reach beaches, restaurants, and the resort area's shops with ease. Waikoloa Beach Resort keeps some shopping and dining walkable, while nearby beaches and Waikoloa Village are a short drive. Parking is generally available in resort lots or on site at most properties.

This place was AWESOME!

The place was BIG & spacious (unlike MOST of the other condos that I have rented on many islands) and clean and had little extras like ice chest masks beach chairs. The kitchen was big and had everything that we needed.

Great quiet vacation spot

This was a perfect little getaway and in a great location. Plenty of space in the condo. Great location, just a few minutes south of great beaches (Mauna Kea Beach, Hapuna beach) and just north of Kona and the beaches there (Magic sands for boogie boarding, pinetrees for surfing). Great food close too, island gourmet was an underrated spot, and juice 101 has great acai. A-Bay around the corner was beautiful too. Overall just amazing.

Great place to stay!

Condo was well maintained and perfect for our family of four. Large lanai with peekaboo ocean views and view of the pool and a great place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The property landscape is beautiful and well maintained. Close proximity to shops and a great beach. We would definitely recommend this condo and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Great property, great pool (25 meter competition length), perfect location close to beach, shops, and resorts. The suite could use a new stove, hot plates were provided in lieu of functional stove top.

Unbelievable Location!!!

Perfectly situated just a short walk from shopping and Waikoloa Beach, this home was absolutely stunning and a great fit for our family vacation. The unexpected inclusion of beach toys made it even more of a hit for our little ones! I fully expect we'll be back for our next trip, too.

This condo had everything!

Boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear, three different coolers, walking distance from EVERYWHERE! It needs a few minor repairs but it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed staying here. Peekaboo ocean and sunset views. We just enjoyed it a ton.

Fantastic home !

The house is perfect and our family stayed there for a week. Had great time and special shout to the Vacasa team who were very helpful as we had some initial hiccup with a different property. They were very responsive to our request. Once we moved to this property, everything was perfect. Perfect home for a perfect vacation. The house has great views, is very clean and a great location as well.

Great Views! Great Location!

We had breakfast every morning on the balcony, the views are awesome! Ocean on 1 side and mountains on the other. The condo come with everything you need. So just unpack and enjoy! Special shout out to the Vacasa rep, for being available during the holidays.
