Welcome to Beach Bliss: Coral 122 — a renovated 2-bedroom apartment just one short block from the Atlantic Ocean in Jacksonville Beach. If your group needs more space, the complex has 4 units total and we can book them all for family reunions or group getaways.

The apartment sits on the second floor of a restored historic home. Both bedrooms have queen memory foam mattresses, luxury cotton linens, soft and firm pillow options, and sound machines with USB connectors. The shared 1.5 bathrooms keep morning routines moving for families. The open layout includes a full kitchen with breakfast bar — plenty of room for cooking meals together instead of eating out every night.

The full kitchen comes stocked with a Keurig, coffee pods, tea, sugar, a Nutri-Bullet blender, and a full set of dishes and cookware. A washer and dryer are in the unit — critical for families staying more than a few nights without hauling extra bags. Beach towels and beach chairs are included, so you can walk to the sand and get straight to the good part. Fast 1 Gig Xfinity WiFi means kids can stream and parents can work without fighting over bandwidth.

Pets are welcome at $30 per pet per night — message us after booking to add the fee.

Step outside and you are already at the beach. The ocean is roughly 100 yards away — a 2-minute walk at most. Salt Life Food Shack is a 2-minute walk for post-beach seafood and cold drinks. Mellow Mushroom is right there too for pizza nights when the group does not want to cook. Refinery Jax Beach — oceanview fine dining — is a 3-minute walk for a nicer evening out. The Jacksonville Beach Pier is an 8-minute walk for fishing, views, and surf culture. Beaches Town Center with shops, restaurants, and nightlife is a 5-minute drive. Mayo Clinic is 10 minutes by car. TPC Sawgrass, home of THE PLAYERS Championship, is 17 minutes away — ideal if golf is on the agenda this spring.

Dedicated parking for 1 car is included. Street parking nearby is easy and free. Keyless entry means no key pickup — check yourself in on your own schedule. The unit is stocked with full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, and dish supplies. Smart TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime are set up in the unit. We respond within 30 minutes between 8am and 9pm.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
