Welcome to 1319: The Morning Room — a private studio steps from the sand in North Jacksonville Beach. Walk out your door and you are on the beach in under a minute. — one of the best-value beach stays in the portfolio.

The studio sleeps 2 and is designed for a couple or solo traveler who wants a clean, simple base right at the beach. The sleeping area features a comfortable bed with cotton linens, firm and soft pillow options, and a sound machine for a solid night of rest. The living area includes a smart TV and a dedicated coffee corner with a Keurig brewer and k-cups — so your morning routine starts before your feet ever hit the sand. The full bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A large mini-fridge with freezer handles groceries for longer stays.

High-speed WiFi keeps you connected. Beach towels are provided so you can head straight to the water without unpacking your car. Keyless entry means no front desk, no check-in lines — arrive when you are ready. The hosts live nearby and are available if anything comes up, though most guests find everything seamless.

Step outside and Mellow Mushroom is a 4-minute walk for craft beer and pizza after a beach day. Salt Life Food Shack is 5 minutes on foot — order the fish tacos and sit outside. Refinery Jax Beach, known for oceanview dining, is 6 minutes away. Publix is a 2-minute drive for groceries. Bike, kayak, SUP, and scooter rentals are right across the street at the neighboring hotels — no car needed for a full beach day. Free street parking is available out front.

Summer on Jacksonville Beach is peak energy — the pier is buzzing, the surf is warm, and North Jax Beach fills up with beach cruisers, surfers, and families every weekend. Book early to lock in your dates.

Check-in is fully contactless via keyless entry. WiFi details and everything you need are in your guest portal before arrival. The studio is cleaned and disinfected between every stay. Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are installed.

The property was clean, quiet and one short block to the beach. The property had everything you’d need-beach chairs, beach towels, coffee pods, even some trail mix and granola bars. Also a fully stocked bathroom- bath wash, shampoo and conditioner. Hair dryer and plenty of of towels.Nice layout- it is a studio so one room but for the two of us it was perfect.

Good location, comfortable

The place was very comfortable, the shower was warm, towels and bed linens were clean! We had everything we needed and wish we could’ve stayed longer. I loved that there was no shortage of fans because as a person who sleeps with fans there was more than one option and it was lovely!

It was a quick weekend getaway. This location was close to everything we needed. The beach was 1 block away and great restaurants were walkable within 1.5 miles (others were closer). I was worried about on street parking but there were plenty of spots. The bed and the pillows were great and the shower had plenty of pressure. The hose left us with some snacks, stocked coffee station, and bottled water.

Great location!

Great spot close to the beach. I stayed for a work trip and had everything I needed, and the host supplies beach chairs and towels as well. Street parking is easy and was always very available so no need to worry about that! Will be back.

Jax Beach stay

Everything was wonderful! The only thing we weren't aware of the first night is that the thermostat is in the hallway, so it was sweltering in our room! However, our host responded within the hour when I texted at 6 am about the temperature. Would definitely stay here again!

Great value in Jax Beach

The room we had was comfy and cute and had all the amenities we needed. Could have had better check in, the door we first fine had several code boxes and we weren't sure which one to use and we were given a code that did not work. Thank goodness we checked in when the cleaning staff was there to help us. Better signage at the street side door would have been helpful, either to to let us know what code box to use or to go around back to the other door.

Great stay by the beach!

I stayed here for a week and had a really great time! The unit was clean and nicely decorated. It was fairly spacious with a nice bathroom. The wifi was fast and allowed me to get work done during my stay. I really liked that water and a snack were provided for my arrival. Having a Keurig and fridge was helpful as well. I would have liked a microwave, but I'm assuming there's a reason why there isn't one in the unit. The location was great! It's a short walk to the beach so I was able to spend a lot of time there. I also walked to several restaurants in the area. Although Publix isn't super close, I walked there for some groceries and enjoyed the walk on the beach to get there. I'd highly recommend renting a bike from Champion Cycling so that you can see more of the area. Overall, would recommend staying here.
