Welcome to Twelfth & Tide, a spectacular 7-bedroom ocean-view home that sleeps 14 guests just steps from Jacksonville Beach. This unique property features two complete living spaces: a ground-floor 2-bedroom apartment with en-suite bathrooms and a main house spanning floors 2-3, perfect for multi-family reunions or large groups.

The ground floor apartment offers a king and queen bedroom, each with private bathrooms. The main house provides 5 additional bedrooms (4 queens, 1 king) across two floors. Each floor has its own full kitchen and washer/dryer, so you can split cooking duties and keep everyone's beach gear clean.

Your private pool and turf yard create the perfect gathering spot after beach days, while two propane grills let you barbecue for the whole crew. Ocean-view balconies provide front-row seats for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails. Dual kitchens mean no waiting in line for breakfast prep when feeding 14 people.

Step outside for a 4-minute walk to Mellow Mushroom's craft beer and pizza, or 5 minutes to Salt Life Food Shack for their famous fish tacos. The iconic Jacksonville Beach Pier is an 11-minute stroll for fishing and people-watching. Beach access is literally 30 seconds from your door.

Both living areas have separate keyless entry, so groups can come and go independently. We stock each kitchen with coffee, tea, and basics. High-speed WiFi works throughout the property. Two dedicated parking spots plus street parking handle your vehicles. Pool heating available for $100 (24-hour advance notice required). This is our personal home with some locked storage areas for our belongings.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
