The large studio (approx. 45 m²) with a small separate kitchen is located on the 4th floor of the former Hotel VIRALAGO in Vira-Gambarogno, right on Lake Maggiore, with a breathtaking view from the balcony of the lake and Locarno.
The VIRALAGO is located between the BP petrol station and the Gelateria/Bar Tennis, next to the VIRA (Gambarogno) PAESE bus stop.

Indoor pool (Easter through late October), fitness room, private sunbathing area and beach, and a few parking spaces in front of the building.

The accommodation
- 1 bed 180x200 cm with a mattress topper (2 beds 90x200 cm available upon request)
- 1 sofa that can be converted into 2 beds, each 90 x 200 cm
- Cot: Rental fee CHF 30.00, only upon request and subject to availability

For shared use: Indoor pool (closed until Easter 2023), fitness room, private sunbathing area, and private beach right on the lake, children’s playground.

Visitor’s tax: CHF 3.25 per person per night for guests 14 years and older via Airbnb; annual flat rate of CHF 85 (for stays longer than 28 days), payable upon arrival.

PLEASE NOTE:
Cleaning: The final cleaning fee does not include the kitchen. Guests must leave the kitchen clean and tidy, and the refrigerator must be turned off, defrosted, cleaned, and left open. Otherwise, additional charges will apply based on the amount of work required.
