Good property in a great location

A quiet and peaceful home walking distance to a community and beach. Good sized and well appointed bedrooms and living space. Would benefit from air-con or as a minimum fly screens to windows and doors. I would consider staying here again

Great location

A quiet and pleasant setting for this comfortable home. There are good facilities and the 3 double bedrooms and living space are all of a good size. The property would benefit from air-conditioning and as a minimum fly screens on windows and doors to keep out the bugs (especially important when no air-con requires you open the windows to allow cooler nighttime air). There was an issue with carpenter ants in the roof beams (they are quite noisy and make mess). Meet and handover were good.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage mit kleinen

Das Haus liegt perfekt nah am Strand, ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und die Umgebung ist ruhig, naturreich und friedlich. Nachts sind Tiere im Dach zu hören, was störend ist, und das sollte der Vermieter beheben. Ameisen waren da, aber okay. Der Pool sollte öfter gereinigt werden, da Gäste das nicht selbst machen dürfen. Ansonsten war es ein super Aufenthalt.

Viel schöner als erwartet!

Das Ferienhaus begeisterte uns mit seinem mediterranen Charme inmitten von Oliven-, Zitronen-, Limetten- und Feigenbäumen. Der großzügige Pool mit seinem Sonnendeck haben für Abkühlung und Erholung gesorgt. Sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Das Gelände ist komplett eingezäunt. Die Ausstattung bot alles was wir brauchten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand in Cervo und San Bartolomeo waren nur 1.5 km entfernt mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Und nicht zu vergessen, die sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort!

Citronové Cervo

Dům i bazén nadmíru perfektní, chyběly nám jen sítě v oknech proti hmyzu a klimatizace. Kuchyně pěkně vybavená, jen chyběla nádoba, ve které by se dalo něco upéct v troubě. Do obou koupelen by se hodila třeba roleta, protože je tam vidět z ulice když rozsvítíte. Rádi vzpomínáme na klid a chybí nám večerní zpěv cikád a žab, to nemělo chybu.

Très bien sauf exceptions

La maison est parfaite et fraîchement rénovée, on a apprécié son espace, ses deux salles de bain et sa situation au calme en pleine nature. Toutefois, il manquait des verres à vin et des transats, ce qui a été corrigé par la responsable des clés en cours de séjour. Le mobilier extérieur est indigne du prix de la location: chaises et 2 tables en plastique n’ayant même pas la même forme, heureusement que nous n’étions que 4. On aurait apprécié un entretien de la piscine pendant le séjour.

Super

Užili jsme si nádherný týden ve výborně zařízeném domku s venkovním bazénem. a oplocenou zahradou. Domek je čistý se vším zařízením, dokonce i s pračkou. Okolí je tiché, v noci kvákají žáby a koušou komáři. Je dobré pořídit si plašič do zásuvky. Venkovní posezení s grilem. Určitě doporučujeme.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, fernab von jedem Trubel. Die kleinen Kritikpunkte sind mit der sehr netten ansprech Person vor Ort besprochen worden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Haus und Umgebung Offenbarung! Grill, Pool, Waschmaschine, Badentücher, alles, was Sie brauchen. Ruhe und Frieden! Zu Fuß 15 Minuten können Sie ruhig ins Zentrum gehen. Wir würden uns sehr freuen. Nur die steile Zufahrtsstraße

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen schönen Osterurlaub in diesem Ferienhaus und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch ist man schnell in der Ortschaft Cervo und am Meer. Der Wasser im Pool war noch sehr kühl, war jedoch aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht anders zu erwarten. Der Check-In vor Ort war unkompliziert und freundlich.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus und schöner Osterurlaub

Uns hat es im Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen. Sehr ruhig gelegen, dennoch nicht weit in die Ortschaft nach Cervo. Pool noch etwas kühl, war aber zu dieser Jahreszeit auch nicht anders zu erwarten. Unkomplizierter und freundlicher Check-In.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Nicht wie beschrieben

Nicht zu empfehlen. Preis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Wir haben für 4 Tage 1600€ knapp bezahlt, hat sich absolut nicht gelohnt. Dreckiges Geschirr, falsche Beschreibung und freche Antworten wenn man was fragt. Die Möbel sind zwar Luxus aber das war’s. Nicht mal ne Kaffee Maschine, keine Mikrowelle und wirklich armselige Ausstattung. Also am besten die ganze eigene Wohnung mitbringen damit es zum Urlaub wird. Morgens um 6:30 Uhr geht der Baulärm los und wenn man sich sonnen will dann gaffen die Nachbarn den ganzen Tag. Wir haben gesagt das wir mit Hunden anreisen und man hat uns nie einmal gesagt das das Grundstück nicht erschlossen ist und gefährlich für kleine Kinder. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.
