The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Game & Sports Equipment: Ensure all ping pong paddles, pickleball gear, foosball balls, and cornhole bags are wiped down and returned to their designated area in game garage.
Bicycles: Roll all bicycles back into the garage and place the helmets back on the storage shelf.
Lock Up: Close and lock all windows, balconies, and exterior doors. Press the "Lock" button on the rear door and garage door keypads as you leave. We hope you enjoyed your stay at 45 N Shore Drive N!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Outdoor Fire Pit: Must be operated strictly by adults. Completely extinguish the fire with the provided water bucket before leaving it unattended.
Bicycles: Located in the garage. Helmets are highly recommended for all riders (legally required for minors). Please ride strictly during daylight
Foosball Ping Pong: Located in the Game Room / Garage. Strictly no food or drinks are allowed on or over these tables.

WOW! Absolutely amazing house and location. Communication was seamless from booking to check out! Everything you need for a wonderful time is provided from beach chairs and towels, bikes, cornhole, bocce ball and so much more. We loved the garage game room and the firepit each night. It was amazing to have some firewood to get us started. The house is gorgeous with comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and personalized touches at check in such as a bottle of local wine and beer. We also loved the swing and furniture on the wrap around porch.The location cannot be beat with across the street beach access and downtown within walking/biking distance. When I say we didn’t want to leave, it is an under statement! 100% recommend staying here, you will not regret it!
