Living Spaces
With living spaces on every level and in every size, everyone in your group is sure to find their groove at Lighthouse! On the first floor, as you enter the front door, you'll find a gathering room with gleaming hardwood floors and a professionally decorated space. While spacious, it maintains a feeling of coziness and warmth with furnishings and decor in the colors of the sand and sea. It's easy to imagine yourself snuggled up on the L-shaped sofa (with a sleeper sofa) with the book you've been saving for vacation. Or perhaps you'll just want to gaze out the window, enjoying the forever lake views. When the gang's all there, make sure you take advantage of the Smart TV by streaming a favorite show or long-awaited movie. Make it a special occasion with drinks and hors d'oeuvres. That's made even easier with the nearby mini-kitchen, complete with mini-fridge, microwave, small dishwasher, and Keurig. The second level boasts not one, but two separate living spaces. The first is a formal living room, ideal for conversation and simply enjoying each other's company. While there is no TV here, you do have a birds-eye view of the lake from floor-to-ceiling windows. The game room area is just on the other side of the staircase, in front of an impressive two-story stone fireplace. Here, you'll find an arcade table (New in 2024) for friendly competition, a comfy sofa and chairs, and a Smart TV. On the third level is a reading nook, tucked all the way in the corner for maximum quiet and privacy. Make sure you claim it quick!

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

Cooking & Dining
This gorgeous blue and white kitchen is a gem! Features include stainless steel appliances, solid-surface countertops, a whimsical ocean-inspired backsplash, and a large center island with seating for 4. The family chef will surely feel inspired here. The rest of the family can reap those rewards in the adjacent dining room for 8. With oversized windows on 3 sides, you'll have the best seat in the house every night.

Bed & Bath
On the first floor is a primary suite perfect for a family with a king bed, and a crib. Decorated in a soothing nautical motif, other features include a dresser, two nightstands and lamps and an ensuite bath with a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds with a double closet, bench seating, and a ceiling fan. A full bath with a tub/shower combo is in the hallway. On the second level is a second primary suite with a king bed, separate sitting area, and dual nightstands and lamps. The ensuite bath offers dual vanities, a separate commode room, and a tiled walk-in steam shower. An additional half-bath is located off the game room. The last bedroom is on the third level, and the kids will love it! It boasts a twin bunk set with a pull-out trundle and a couple of fun bean bag chairs. The ensuite bath has a tiled walk-in shower.

Outdoor Spaces
This is where a lot of the fun happens! Up on the third level is a large deck, with amazing forever views of the iconic South Haven lighthouse, piers, and the Black River flowing into Lake Michigan! Take it all in while relaxing on one of the two sun loungers. If you'd like to dine al fresco, we provide not just a barbecue grill, but a table for 8, as well! After dinner, you may want to gather around the natural gas fire pit table while enjoying the cool night air and discussing the next day's adventures!
