"Land und Meer" is a small, two-story building with 30 vacation apartments and a large garden.
The charming two-room apartment (45 m²) features a living room and offers amenities including a kitchenette with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, four-burner stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchen utensils and dishes/cutlery. There is also a dining area with seating for four.
A separate bedroom has a double bed and a view of the garden. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
For communal use, there is a coin-operated washing machine, dryer, and a lockable bicycle storage room in the building.
Parking is available in front of the building. This apartment is accessible without steps.
Enjoy the healthy North Sea air while cycling, hiking or mudflat walking.

Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Man darf nicht Geräuschempfindlich sein. Das Haus ist hellhörig. Die Lüftung rauscht ununterbrochen.Das Bett knarzt.Ansonsten nette Wohnung mit Balkon.Die Tiefgarage für's Auto ist in dieser Strandnähe wichtig.Das Badezimmer würde sich über ein Makeover freuen.Insgesamt stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Für 1oder 2 Personen absolut ausreichend. Die Lage ist sehr gut, an den Strand zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten. Ich bevorzuge auch immer wieder Sahlenburg weil gemütlich und schön.

Ich habe mich ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Mir hat es an nichts gefehlt. Im Haus und in der Umgebung war es angenehm ruhig. Die Bushaltestelle war direkt um die Ecke und zur Nordsee ist man schnell gelaufen. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung nur bestens empfehlen. Der Blick vom Balkon ins Grüne ist sehr entspannend. Werde gerne wiederkommen.
