Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country, you may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home! Please note that only one dog (under 30lb) is allowed per stay, with a one-time fee of $150 plus tax. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs remain leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.
Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 9 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 9 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.
