Fabulous villa near Palma

Villa was beautiful, clean and catered for all. Toni the manager was easy to contact and always available when needed. 3 bedrooms accommodated for our family 5 of us comfortably. Pool and gardens were a good size. Plenty of outdoor space for dining and BBQ. Villa is about 15 minutes Drive from Palma/airport and less than an hour to almost everywhere else on the island. Car is recommended as there are no shops or restaurants nearby but does offer on site parking for 2 cars. We had a wonderful time.

Whilst the overall accommodation is clean and with a good pool area, I would find this difficult to recommend to others due to a number of factors. Firstly, do not book this if you’re a group who want to enjoy the outside dining or pool after 10pm. We had a late dinner on a sat night and were laughing outside at 10pm when the host threatened to call the police on us, and were then shouted at by a neighbour, also threatening the police. I understand music or shouting but conversation and laughter seems extreme. It ruined our evening as we had to all sit inside at that point. Secondly, the host, while communicative via WhatsApp, was interested only in any additional money they could make. There is an additional cost for aircon (it is not included in the very high price you pay for the accommodation). It was also agreed prior to arrival that we could leave our bags at the house before check in, then less than 24 hours before she tried to revoke this and charge for an early check in. Due to wanting this money, I had to ask several times for check in details/key codes etc, getting quite worried when it still hadn’t come through until a couple of hours before our arrival. We also struggled with hot water for only 6 people. The location is quite far away from anywhere in Palma and you would need a car to get around.Ultimately for the high price, I think you could find something less restrictive and basic than this property,

Regarding the hot water, we have an electric heater with a capacity of over 100 liters, which is usually sufficient for standard use. However, during periods of high demand, it may take a little time to reheat the water.Your feedback is invaluable to us, as it helps future guests better understand the villa and encourages everyone to take care of it during their stay. Pros: Super séjour. Toni est vraiment adorable et la villa est encore mieux que sur les photos. Tout était présent pour que l’on passe un agréable séjour : le barbecue, la piscine, le rooftop, les chambres spacieuses et les trois salles de bains. Je recommande fortement et je reviendrai !

Schönes Villa in perfekter Lage

Pros: Die Villa ist wie in den Fotos gezeigt wirklich sehr schön und alles ist modern gehalten. Nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Stadtzentrum Palma entfernt und in 10 Minuten Entfernung gibt es einen großen Supermarkt. Checkin und Checkout verlief sehr simpel und generell war der Kontakt mit dem Inhaber über WhatsApp sehr gut und er stand für jede Frage zur Verfügung. Sehr gerne wieder 😊

Casa nova, numa localização calma, mas próxima de todos os serviços.

Pros: O Toni foi um anfitrião fantástico! Sempre prestável e até nos indicou restaurantes típicos, de Paella, onde os locais comem. A casa tinha uma zona exterior agradável, e o interior era amplo e moderno. Localizava-se numa área tranquila e residencial. Para nós, estava centralizada pois tanto íamos para Sul (Palma) como para Norte (Alcúdia). Próxima de todos os serviços básicos, ainda que tenha de se deslocar de carro. Cons: Para uma casa que pode levar até 6 pessoas a dormir nos quartos, a oferta de material/utensílios de cozinha era pouca. Tínhamos de estar, constantemente, a lavar loiça para poder cozinhar mais. Alguns amigos referiram que a casa era fria, mas eu não achei. Ainda assim, poderia ter mais roupa de cama para dias mais frescos. O pagamento, à parte, da eletricidade do ar condicionado também não é um ponto positivo, ainda que não o tenhamos utilizado.
