+ Parking for 5+ cars

+ 3 beautiful bedrooms (king, queen, bunkbed). Also a pullout couch available.

+ Tons of open land to enjoy

+ Soccer field with nets

+ Firepit (must bring your own wood)

+ Keurig coffee maker with pods

+ Outdoor covered dining

+ Volleyball net

+ Pickleball net (not that we do not have a formal court built but we do have the net with paddles



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire property with no shared spaces



Other Things to Note:

Please note that no pets and no parties are allowed. Quiet hours must be respected to avoid bothering neighbours and fines from the city
