House Irma Labin is a holiday home with swimming pool in a large, fully fenced garden near Labin.
On a property of 3000 sqm there is a swimming pool, sun loungers, shower, garden furniture, outdoor barbecue and several parking spaces. The town Labin is only 3 km away, where you can find shops, restaurants and numerous events. Rabac as a tourist destination with many beaches and sports and leisure facilities is 7 km away.
House Irma Labin consists of a ground floor where there is a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and another bed for one person, the second room has two single beds, the third room has a double bed. The first floor of the house is closed, not rented and no one lives in it. Guests have absolute privacy on the property.
Photos of the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom will be available in spring 2023. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
