Beautiful, relaxing, luxury villa perfect for a family stay. As a family with a child with additional needs having somewhere calm, quiet and with a pool is incredibly important - whilst being close enough to scuba diving and attractions to let other family members head off and enjoy the sights; and this villa fitted all those requirements. So much space to sit and enjoy during the day with a wonderful outdoor kitchen and a glorious pool (jacuzzi and sauna!). With wonderful hosts and all the equipment you could ever need it was a truly lovely stay.

Super Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben. Es war wirklich alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Absolutes Highlight ist die Außenküche direkt am Pool.

Traumurlaub in der Nähe von Labin

Absolut tolles Ferienhaus, super ausgestattet, Terrasse / Pools usw nicht einsehbar, man kann sich total frei bewegen. Das Haus ist zentral gelegen ( in 5 Min nach Rabac oder Labin) und die Vermieter sind ein Traum. Unkompliziert, hilfsbereit und für sämtliche Fragen erreichbar. Nur zu empfehlen, ich kann nichts negatives sagen 👍😊

Tolles Haus und freundliche Vermieter

Das Haus war wirklich traumhaft und es hat viel Spaß gemacht unseren Urlaub dort zu verbringen. Es ist ruhig gelegen und man hat es nicht weit bis zum Meer. Der Pool war toll, die Sauna ist cool und in der Außenküche haben wir viel Zeit verbracht. Die Vermieter waren auch sehr freundlich und Check-in / Check-out haben auch problemlos funktioniert.

Ein großartig haus in einem schönen Ort!

Wo finden Sie das? Ein Haus, Wo mann in den Pool, die Sauna und den Whirlpool mit oder ohne Badebekleidung genießen können. Als besonders empfanden wir aber auch die große Außenküche mit Sitzecke und Grilltisch. Das hätte jeder sehen sollen! Die Aussicht ist hier wirklich wunderschön! Hier können Sie den Blick über das Tal schweifen lassen und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Mit 2 Flaschen Wein, die uns vom Besitzer angeboten wurden. Die Lage dieses Hauses ist perfekt. Im Haus herrscht Ruhe und Sie möchten die Menschenmenge aufblähen, dann sind Sie innerhalb von 2 Minuten mit dem Auto im gemütlichen altstadt Labin und im Touristenort Rabac (6 Minuten) mit seinem schönen Boulevard und den Stränden und Buchten. Auch in Bezug auf die gute Aufnahme durch Vjeko einen Kroaten, der über sein Land erzählen möchte und alle Schätze aus der Region mit Ihnen teilen möchte. Er ist offen für alle Fragen, die Sie haben. Wir hatten 1 sehr großen Nachteil ... Die Zeit vergeht wie im Fluge! Was für eine wundervolle Zeit wir hier hatten. Zusammenfassend Im und ums Haus war es makellos. Guter Empfang von Vjeko. Schöne Außenküche. Leckere Sauna, Whirlpool und Schwimmbad. 100% Privatsphäre Großartige Lage.

....einfach herrlich!!

Ankommen und sich in einem perfekten Umfeld wohlfühlen, dies ist 100% Urlaub. Wunderschön gelegen ist dieses komplett eingezäunte Ferienhaus ein Traum: der beheizte Pool, Sauna, Hot Tube, der Grill- und Relaxberech, alles läßt keine Wünsche offen. Selbst Mountain Bikes sind verfügbar. Die Innenausstattung ist großzügig. Hier ist man zu Hause. Und der Blick vom Balkon ist besonders beim Sonnenuntergang unvergesslich. Wir kommen wieder.... Ps.: Auch unser Hund fand die Ferien in Villa Brisa toll. Andreas & Marion

Das Haus mit der sehr schönen Terrasse und der Außenküche haben für uns und unsere Kinder keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Pool, Jakuzzi, Sauna, genügend Liegeflächen und der sehr schöne Blick über die Hügellandschaft waren super. Der Außenbereich ist von außen nicht einsehbar. Auch der Tischgrill ist sehr praktisch. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß.

Haben Traumhafte Tage verbracht !!!!!

Ein Haus mit absoluter Privatsphäre !! Ein Erlebnis ist es den ganzen Zeitraum im freien zu verbringen. Und ist das Wetter mal etwas schlechter dann ab in die Sauna und Hot Pot.
