Our newly constructed rustic-modern home offers an unforgettable Balloon Fiesta experience with private neighborhood access directly into Balloon Fiesta Park. From the neighborhood entrance, it's only about a 10-minute walk to the launch field, allowing you to skip the early morning traffic and parking challenges that come with Fiesta week.

We're also just a 5-minute walk from the Balloon Museum, making our home the perfect place for balloon enthusiasts and families alike.

Prefer to stay in? Grab a cup of coffee, light the backyard fire pit, and relax on the patio as hundreds of colorful balloons float overhead against the stunning backdrop of the Sandia Mountains.

The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests, with additional sleeping options for up to 3 more guests if needed.

Every bedroom includes a TV, providing the perfect retreat after a fun-filled day exploring Albuquerque.

The pantry is stocked with cooking essentials, including oil and a wide variety of spices, so you'll have everything you need to prepare meals at home.

✔ Outdoor cooking station featuring a Traeger smoker, Blackstone griddle, and all the grilling tools for the perfect backyard cookout.

✔ Entertain with ease using quality cookware, bakeware, serving dishes, and glassware for wine, beer, whiskey, cocktails, and large family meals.

The dining table seats 8 guests, with 3 additional bar stools at the kitchen island so everyone can gather comfortably together.

Our home is ADA accessible, making it a comfortable option for guests with mobility needs.

For guest safety and property security, the home is equipped with four exterior security cameras monitoring outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.
