This approximately 54-square-meter two-room apartment is located on the second floor of Villa Saxonia, which is designed entirely in the style of the famous spa architecture. It features an extremely convenient floor plan and is cosy and comfortably furnished.

From the entryway, you’ll enter the combined living and dining area. It is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa, two armchairs, a recliner for relaxing, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen has also been harmoniously integrated into this space. Here you’ll find, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, and various small appliances that round out the kitchen’s amenities.

A sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows opens onto the living and sleeping area. Inside, you’ll find a large dining table where you can sit down. By the way, the nearest supermarket and bakery are just a few steps away.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. Additionally, a walk-in closet is available in the adjoining room. The living and sleeping areas can be almost completely darkened.

The apartment features a spacious en suite bathroom with a shower/toilet, sink, mirror, hair dryer, and a towel warmer.

This non-smoking apartment is ideal for two people, but can also be booked for up to four people thanks to the option of adding a rollaway bed in the living area. Your well-behaved four-legged friend is also welcome by arrangement and for a fee.
