Modern House Maylin near Can Picafort Beach

Maylin House is a beautiful house in a residential neighborhood of the coastal town of Can Picafort. It is located just a few meters from the beach in a very quiet area, and very close to large supermarkets and very good restaurants.



The house has three floors. At the entrance, there is a spacious terrace with two hammocks, sofas to relax outdoors, and a great barbecue. In addition, this terrace is connected to two large living rooms that make the house very comfortable and cozy. Both living rooms have a large chaise longue sofa and a large television each. The main living room has a large table for 6 people and is connected to the kitchen, which is fully equipped and has a dishwasher.



On the first and second floors are the rooms. There are two rooms with two single beds and another with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and dressing room. In total, the house has two bathrooms with bathtub and a toilet. The latter is on the ground floor. One of the double rooms is on the top floor and has a terrace with sea view.

Both living rooms and the three bedrooms have air conditioning. In addition, there are portable radiators.

Die Lage war perfekt.

Tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, so dass wir mit zwei Familien und Kleinkindern uns super selbst versorgen konnten. Positiv hervorzuheben auch der Kindertisch, das war genial, und Ausstattung mit Kinderbett und Hochstuhl. Bei schlechtem Wetter konnten wir Zeit drin auf dem gemütlichen Sofa verbringen. Mit den beiden Bädern und der Zimmeraufteilung kann man die Unterkunft gut für zwei Familien mit Kleinkindern empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen absolut tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus und waren rundum zufrieden

Die Lage ist perfekt, Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und auch das Meer ist schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend direkt am Haus. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir den Vermieter. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert und sogar von sich aus regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wirklich ein großartiger Service. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt, modern ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Klimaanlage in fast allen Räumen sorgt auch an heißen Tagen für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

la casa è assolutamente perfetta per piu di una famiglia con bambini

la posizione della casa é comoda avendo il supermercato subito dietro. per il mare bisogna camminare un poco ma non è troppo distante. la doppia sala e la doppia smart TV aiuta per intrattenere bambini. cucina completa di tutto.

La maison proposée par Ideal Property Majorca est spacieuse et confortable, même mieux que sur les photos. La cuisine est bien équipée, la salle principale lumineuse, et le salon du fond, grand et reposant. Presque toutes les pièces sont climatisées. L'une des chambres dispose de sa propre salle de bain, en plus de la salle de bain principale. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée, avec une légère odeur parfumée. La terrasse est agréable, bien que peu utilisée en raison de la chaleur. Le supermarché voisin est accessible en une minute à pied. Pour la plage, compter 10-15 minutes à pied ou 2 minutes en voiture avec un stationnement facile. La plage de Muro, parfaite pour les familles et juste à coté d'une zone naturelle préservée, est à quelques minutes en voiture également. Une petite attention nous avait même été laissé dans le frigo à notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement !
