About this property

1-bedroom house with backyard in beautiful San Francisco with WiFi and laundry

On a peaceful block in the heart of Bernal, this one-bedroom house features lots of light and greenery, with skylights in every room. The space is filled with local artwork. The kitchen is spacious and bright, featuring a dining room with a fireplace, stainless steel appliances and access to a beautiful deck and garden. The large deck is ideal for entertaining or relaxing in the quiet with a cocktail. An outdoor gas grill is available on the deck. The garage area has free weights and a bench. It also has a washer and drier.
There is free WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen (cooking range, oven, air frier, instapot, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, blenders, etc. The dining table seats 6.
We are just a few feet from the beautiful hiking trails up Bernal Hill. The boutique shopping area on Courtland St is walking distance away with its wonderful cafes and restaurants. We recommend Pinhold cafe for its coffee, Avedano for its sandwiches and Bernal Bakery for its breads.
Bernal gets a lot of sunshine, has a lot of greenery and is cut off from the noise of the city. Yet, everything is closeby. The heart of the Mission is half a mile away. You can walk to the BART in 10 minutes. Precita Park is a really nice park to take a picnic blanket and a book or play with your dog.

Great spot on a quiet street and steps away from the Bernal Heights park loop! Really enjoyed a quiet stay, the private backyard and a cozy home. Cortland Ave with restaurants was about a 7 minute walk away too! I would definitely stay here again.
