Villa Eleonora is located in Località Flumini di Quartu in Via corsica 5. It is a detached house without condominium with 5 beds divided into a double bedroom and two small bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a toilet without shower and on the first floor in full bathroom. On the ground floor is the kitchen with dishwasher, oven and all comforts and a 'large living area with table and sofas to relax watching TV . Outside a well-kept Garden on two sides with hot outdoor shower, Barbecue and loggia for outdoor dining. The house is also equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection and Air conditioners d'The nearest hospital is only 11 km ( PF bus line). At 10 km is the well-known and beautiful Poetto beach ( PF bus line) over 10 km long where there are numerous establishments , beach restaurants and services. Cagliari City is only 16 km away and can be reached in 10 minutes by car.( PF line,101) 50 MT from the house we reach a small beach where you can sunbathe and swim. From 5 minutes to 35 minutes you can find the beaches of Sant'andrea, Capitana, Mari Pintau, Geremeas, Torre delle stelle, Solanas, Porto Sa Ruxi, Villasimius and Costa Rei.
Only 450 meters away we walk to the Majorca market. At 700 meters we find the Bus Stop ( PF /LITORANEA lines), at 1.5km we find Ferramenta , Bar , Pharmacy, Pizzeria and other Supemarket. At 1.1 km we find a Gas Station, tobacco and newspapers.
