Das Haus ist sehr ruhig am Ende der Straße in der Nähe der Greunen Stee gelegen. Die Wohnung Limba..
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig am Ende der Straße in der Nähe der Greunen Stee gelegen. Die Wohnung Limbach befindet sich im Ober- und Dachgeschoss, ist also nicht barrierefrei. Das muss man insbesondere für den Gepäcktransport berücksichtigen. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
Der recht große Balkon zeigt nach Westen, so dass man bei entsprechenden Wetter von mittags bis abends die Sonne genießen kann. Vier Stühle und ein Tisch sind dort vorhanden. Eine Liege findet man auf dem Balkon allerdings nicht. Da die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage besitzt, bedeutet diese Lage aber auch, dass sich Wohn- und Schlafzimmer gut aufheizen können.
Das Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoß befindet sich komplett unter den Dachschrägen, große Menschen müssen daher den Kopf einziehen. Das kleine Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoß eignet sich eher für Kinder oder kleine erwachsene Personen. Die Betten dort sind recht schmal (vermutlich 80cm).
Mit den vorhandenen Plissee-Rollos lassen sich die Räume nicht komplett verdunkeln.
Der Platz in den verschiedenen Kommoden ist mehr als ausreichend, um Kleidung und andere Dinge unterzubringen.
Sollte es mal länger regnen, dann wird man feststellen, dass der Fahrradabstellplatz im Garten stark unter Wasser steht und man nicht trockenen Fußes zum Fahrrad kommt.
Insbesondere Allergiker sollten beachten, dass nicht das gesamte Haus hundefrei ist. So sind z.B. in der Nachbarwohnung Lehnert Hunde erlaubt.
Ein Fahrradverleih befindet sich in praktischer Nähe. Die ca. 600m Fußweg erleichtern das Abholen und Zurückbringen der Leihräder.
Wir sind am Sonntagmorgen angekommen und mussten feststellen, dass das WFV-Büro erst ab mittags geöffnet hatte. Allerdings hatten wir das große Glück, dass unsere Wohnung zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits fertig gereinigt und damit sofort bezugsfertig war.
Insgesamt haben wir uns in der Wohnung recht wohl gefühlt.
