Apartment 'Ferienwohnung Fischer' with Private Terrace, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

Child-friendly, lovingly furnished vacation apartment for families and small groups. Ideal for visits to Munich and trade fairs.



The newly renovated, cozy attic apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. There are 2 day beds in the living room, which can also be used as sofas. Radio, TV and DVD player are installed. A spacious kitchen with corner bench invites you to linger in comfort.

All important items such as dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave, as well as enough dishes for 5 people are available. The bathroom has a bathtub. A crib and high chair can also be provided for small children. Free wifi is available.

Shopping facilities are within walking distance.



My family and I look forward to seeing you.

Since we are 5 siblings ourselves and also have children and already grandchildren, little vacation guests are always very welcome :-)

But of course we are also happy to welcome everyone else, whether from Germany or the rest of the world!

It was great. We prefer smaller towns. Close to restaurants and grocery. This place also happens to be very close to a train station for easy access into Munich. I would recommend to friends and family.

Convenient location to S-bahn in Munich...

The location was good for taking the S-bahn into the city. The apartment, was clean and it was quite and good for sleeping. Neat and clean apartment with a supermarket very close by. Wir waren mit alles zufrieden. Wir sahen den Gastgeber nicht aber hatte Kontaktinformation, haette wir Fragen.

Pros: Wir waren hier auf einen Kurzurlaub und fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl. Das besondere Highlight war, dass wir im Garten frühstücken konnten und so immer einen schönen Start in den Tag hatten. Die Gegend ist recht zentral und ruhig gelegen. Mit der S-Bahn kommt man einfach nach München, ohne Stau und Stress.

Wir waren total begeistert von der liebevollen Einrichtung, der Lage des Hauses, der Größe der Wohnung und dem netten Empfang. Es ist alles da! Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Spiele, Bücher, DVDs, ... Außerdem ist gegenüber gleich ein ROSSMANN und ein TENGELMANN. Ob Apotheke, Bäcker, Kino,...-alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hier könnt ihr Euch auf einen schönen Urlaub freuen!?

Pros: Wunderschöne Fewo, super zentral gelegen. Zur S-Bahn sind es 200 m und man kommt in kürzester Zeit an alle interessanten Stellen in München. Besonders genial für uns war, dass es jede Menge Spielsachen gab und unser Sohn total begeistert war. Auch der Große war glücklich - dank WLAN :-) In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein großer Edeka und ein guter Metzger. Die Vermieterin ist unheimlich nett und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Durch sie wurde uns "Dorfmenschen" auch die Angst im Umgang mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln genommen und es hat ja dann auch alles prima geklappt. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet und hat genialer weise auch eine Spülmaschine, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bei unserem nächsten Stadionbesuch gerne wieder buchen. Pros: Wird waren zu Gast im Juni 2016. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr kinderfreundlich ausgestattet. Meine 3 Kids haben sich gleich sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Der Garten ist toll. Die Küche ist super toll ausgestattet, es wurde an alle Details gedacht. Die Infrastruktur in der Nähe ist the best, die Ferienwohnung ist zentral in Ottobrunn gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, sympathisch, hilfsbereit... Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung Fischer ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Vor allem für Familien mit Kinder zu empfehlen, da viel Spielzeug und eine Spielplatz im Garten vorhanden ist. Die Lage fanden wir perfekt, da Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fleischer nahebei liegen. Auch ein S-Bahnhof ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, was sich für einen stressfreien Ausflug nach München anbietet. Und nicht zu vergessen: Die Gastgeber-Familie ist sehr freundlich und war für uns immer erreichbar.
