The unit is exactly how described and the layout is terrific. Huge bathrooms! I would suggest owner pay attention to some small housekeeping items such a burned out lightbulbs, a few carpet stains (not terrible), tv not working in one of the bedrooms. However, all that being said, the unit was nicely appointed and we very much enjoyed our stay.

This condo is situated conveniently to access Roslyn, Cle Elum, Ellensburg, and surrounding areas. It is a clean, first level, nicely appointed space. I would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to others.

Trailhead condos are an amazing option for families. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, unit is spacious and has all the basics. Only thing about this particular unit is that it is right by the lobby, there was some noise that carried through to the primary bedroom while we were trying to sleep.

The condo is dated - needs new carpet, sofa, and night stands (worn/shows a lot of wear), and primary bedroom mattress is 'blow up' style (strange). The bunk bed mattress is too short - need to be twin long/looks strange. Dining light fixture is not safe (not centered to oversized table and too low for position).The quality and condition of furniture, etc does not match the nightly rate. I would not book this room (108) in the future.

Air-conditioning did not work for 2 1/2 days. Rented through Vacasa, they were very kind and polite, but there was some kind of issue. I guess between the repair service and them. It never got repaired. Instead, I googled the issue and repaired it myself. The people I work with were very helpful, just as frustrated as I was that service never came out or it was never repaired. It was a nice condo great location. Just big issues with getting the air-conditioning running so it would cool.

Our stay was great! The condo was clean upon arrival, this is our second time stay at this exact condo and we loved it! Easy entrance in the bottomfloor! There are some minor upkeep tasks that need to be addressed! Overall we loved our stay and will definitely be back next year!

We were disappointed. The condo was very dark. Several burnt out light bulbs contributed to this.Overall the condo was not clean. Very dusty. Carpet had many spill stains. Gross toilet cleaner, and no cleaning supplies. Bunk beds were VERY dirty under the mattresses.Very sparse kitchen supplies. No kitchen towels or wash rags. No extra towels in the bathrooms. TV in bedroom didn’t work. One of the outside grills didn’t work….made for waiting to use the only working one. The hot tub was closed, and the trail we wanted to hike was closed. The air conditioning didn’t work. We would not stay here again.
