Great place overall. We must have gone just as families were heading back to school because we had the resort pretty much to ourselves. Pool was beautiful and clean. No bar service if that is an issue for you. Beach access was challenging at times but with help and a cart you can do it. We also had the beach to ourselves. Would stay there again!

It rained when we were there but they have so many amenities like the indoor pool, game room, 3rd floor bar at night, that it wasn't bad. The condo itself was clean and I'd book it again.

The only “bad” experience we had was the pool bartender. Extremely rude and ignored us on multiple occasions. He would notice us, then just walk away. And he was not waiting on any other people at the time.

Amazing Vacation Spot

We loved our stay! The unit and the view were great. All the facilities and amenities were perfect for our family—from the lazy river, to the different level pools and hot tubs, to the gym and arcade room! And access to the beach was quick and easy!

This property was outstanding in so many ways. The amenities were more than we expected with the lazy river (tubes were provided), large multi-tier pool, indoor heated pool, game room (we loved the pinball!), gym, multiple hot tubs, and I could go on. The rooms were clean, well decorated, ours included a washer/dryer, coffee station, plenty of towels, also had a basket of beach towels, and some pool floats. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, soaps, dish soap, trash bags, etc. were provided and if you ran out typically there was more in the cabinets. From the time we booked to the actual stay, the management of Diamond Beach Resort changed which initially concerned me; however, the new management staff contacted us directly via email to open communications and also texted us the day of the trip. When we emailed with questions or texted with small items, they were always very quick to respond. Our only compliant was in the owner suite bathroom there was never any hot or warm water regardless of the time of day. The second bathroom had warm water some of the time.
