• Parking: Available for 2 vehicles; 1 on the driveway and 1 in the garage. Street parking is not permitted. Overflow parking is available at the end of the townhome row, to the right of the home near the basketball and pickleball courts.
• Garage: Accessible from inside the home only.
• Trash: Must be taken to the white fence enclosed community dumpster, located next the mailboxes and dog park.
• Keys and amenity cards: Must be left inside the home at checkout. A $150 replacement fee applies for missing items.
