The beach is only a few metres away from the apartment and the centre of Binz can also be reached in a few minutes.
It has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. The separate kitchen and a bathroom including a dressing room complete the apartment. Your vehicle will have an underground parking space in the house (double parking space with max. height 1.50 m). Alternatively, a parking space is available in the car park "P1 Zentrum" (Proraer Chaussee). The apartment is quietly located on the historic Binz beach promenade. The fine sandy beach is only a few steps through the property. The spa square, the pier and the traffic-calmed centre are about 600 m walk on the beautiful beach promenade. This apartment is ideal for a relaxing beach holiday and also suitable as a central starting point for excursions on Rügen.
