The Sweet Magnolia features a brand new beautifully equipped galley designed with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay including a full-size stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, complete kitchen essentials and a dining area with comfortable seating for 4.
The salon has a complete wall of windows to watch the active commercial boat traffic or the pelicans diving for their morning meal. The owner moved to Apalachicola in 2014 after purchasing the first houseboat, Reelaxation, and the houseboat marina. During the next 12 years, the business has grown in popularity. Following the purchase of the Reelaxation, there were 3 other houseboat brought into the marina, all offering a different and unique experience for the guests, many staying on each one or many guests staying on the same houseboat each visit. The purchase of a very different houseboat, the Sweet Magnolia, allowed the owner to offer a completely different vacation experience.

The Sweet Magnolia is the 5th houseboat to offer a unique vacation experience within the Florida Houseboat Vacation Rental fleet. It's 2-story structure provides the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, convenience and coastal luxury. Along with the other 4 houseboats, it's location allows the guests the rare opportunity to experience one of Florida's most beloved coastal towns.
