The house was conveniently located. Carroll was easy to communicate with. Everything was clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This home was perfect for us. We came for the Tech game. It was about ten minutes to the stadium. The rooms are great size and the beds are comfortable. We love the outdoor area and the western art in the home. There is a restaurant in the neighborhood maybe (2blocks) Pub 55 the food was good and so were the drinks. There were three generations of family on this trip and everyone had a great time. We would definitely stay again.

We had a short visit to look at Texas Tech for my daughter. This home is in an adorable area within a short drive to the campus. The house is a charming bungalow appointed with beautiful “ranch appropriate” touches and antique and vintage furniture. It was very clean and perfect for a short visit. The host was kind and responsive when we had an issue with the WiFi which was easily resolved. We would definitely stay at the house if there is an opportunity to do so.
