The two-room apartments feature a living/dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
Each apartment has a balcony.


Mediterranean-style two-room apartment (top floor, balcony) with rattan furniture in warm colours.
The living room features a sleeper sofa, TV, and stereo system with a CD player; the open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and much more. The round dining table comfortably seats 4 people.
The bedroom features a double bed (2x 0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a closet.
The bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower and a toilet.
Small storage closet for suitcases, etc.
Wi-Fi and parking are already included in the price
Bed linens/ terry cloth towels can be booked for an additional fee






The ELISE apartment building stands out for its central yet very quiet location across from the spa park. Nevertheless, you’re just a 2-minute walk from the sea and just a 1-minute walk from the pedestrian zone with its numerous shops and restaurants. 
The building features 7 two-room apartments, 6 of which have balconies; behind the building, you can
park your car (already included in the price).

For those who prefer a relaxed arrival and departure, we recommend scheduling your travel dates to avoid weekends. This way, you’ll avoid long wait times and traffic jams.
On Saturdays, we aim to have the apartments ready for you by 3:00 PM; should we be unable to do so, we appreciate your understanding.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
