Victor is waiting for you at this cozy two bedroom cottage located minutes from New River Gorge National Park, also approximately 10 minutes from Hawks Nest State Park and about 30 minutes from Summersville State Park. Also conveniently located close to many hiking trails, Adventures on The Gorge and the town of Fayetteville.
Inside guests find a kitchen fully stocked with spices, oils, pots, pans,baking dishes, air fryer, toaster, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods and a variety of teas plus much more.
A charming bathroom with a shower and claw tub for soaking after a long day of adventure. Shampoo and soap are provided along with towels and toilet paper.
A very cozy living room with a comfy sectional couch and Roku TV.
A variety of board games are provided for fun family time or a rainy day.
Bedroom one has a nice comfortable queen size bed and Roku television.
Bedroom two has a comfy double bed and a Roku television. Both bedrooms have full-size closets and chest of drawers. Extra pillows and blankets are provided.
This cozy cottage has air-conditioning and heating so the space stays comfortable no matter the season.
Outside you can enjoy sitting by the fire pit (wood provided)while roasting marshmallows or enjoy soaking in the extra large hot tub while watching the wildlife visit. The porch is perfect to sit and enjoy the view while having your morning coffee.
A gas grill and table are also located on covered patio.
There is also a washer and dryer beneath cottage ( just follow the sidewalk) everything you need is provided.
If you want a home away from home while on vacation, you can’t go wrong with Kimmy’s Kozy Cottage.

Kimmy- What a wonderful place you have! Your attention to detail is impressive - having everything that we could possibly need on hand for our stay. You keep the house so very clean and decorated so nicely! We loved the hot tub and seeing all the deer, turkeys, and birds here! It was a great location to stay for our visit to the New River Gorge National Park and surrounding area. Your restaurant suggestions were great! We loved staying here! Thanks for being so responsive to our questions!
