The patio furniture is cozy and there's a barbeque for outdoor grilling. Your pup(s) will enjoy the doggy door and the convenience of going in and out of the fully fenced back yard as needed.

My husband, Wayne, and I live on the adjacent property. We spent the first part of our life together living in Montana and traveling to Arizona as snowbirds. We've been living fulltime in Arizona since moving to Sonoita in 2022.

Why they chose this property

We looked high and low for the perfect property for us in this area. We finally found our home with room for us, the dogs and our horses. We're close to town and the neighbors, but not too close.

What makes this property unique

The peace and quiet! You might hear the occasional coyote howl at night, but other than that it's quiet. The horses are out grazing and there might be a pronghorn nearby or perhaps a deer. The hummingbirds are here seasonally along with meadowlarks and variety of other bird species. If you love the stars at night, bring you telescope along!
