"A Casa di Franca Villa con piscina" is located in the heart of Tuscany,on the soft hills of Chianti,in Gambassi Terme,an area that enchants for its beauty.

"A Casa Di Franca" is a magnificent 223 sqm villa that offers air conditioning, exclusive private pool and Wi-Fi internet. The Villa extends over two floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people.

The ground floor consists of a large living area with kitchen, dining room and a sitting area with two double sofa beds that becomes a bedroom and disabled bathroom if needed.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, freezer,microwave and refrigerator, as well as enough dishes and cutlery for up to 14 people.

Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms with sofa beds that convert into single beds, 2 bathrooms, and a sitting area with sofas, TV, and electric kettle.

Things to keep in mind

Security Deposit: Guests are required to pay a security deposit upon arrival in cash or credit card, which will then be returned at the end of their stay subject to any damages.

Additional linen changes are available upon request.

Baby equipment such as cot/crib, high chair, changing table, playpen are available and free of charge, we ask to reserve them in advance.

Private swimming pool 5x14 meters open from May 1 to October 15.

Extra coffee capsules on request for an extra fee.

Change of bed linen and towels during the stay is possible at an additional cost.
