Very nice property. And responsive host.Pet friendly but no fenced yard, but the neighborhood is very walkable and many many others walk their dogs. Very clean, nicely stocked with essentials, towels, etc. Multiple adults may find the second and third bed less appealing as one is definitely more kid focused as a bunk bed. The location is excellent for quick access to major convenience like Walmart, wawa, numerous restaurants and grocery stores, and if the mood strikes and you want the chaos of rehoboth boardwalk, party at Dewey or the 30 mile drive to ocean city, the relative peace of henlopem, or access to the new jersey ferry, this place is in the heart of the action but peacefully inset in a quiet neighborhood. Racing and sirens are a constant here, but even those seem rather distant Overall, this is a great place to stay and I would happily book here again for an in season stay
